How AttachReady handles account information, temporary files, and anonymous usage totals.
Information used to provide the tools
AttachReady processes account details you provide, authentication/session data, files you choose to send for server processing, job status and support correspondence. Browser-local operations do not require uploading their input files. Server requests also involve technical network information used to operate and protect the service; guest abuse prevention uses a keyed IP-derived identifier.
We use this information to authenticate requests, process files, return results, enforce quotas, diagnose failures and respond to support requests. Cloudflare supplies the website, database and object-storage infrastructure; a separate media processor performs image and PDF work. Information sent to an enabled third-party sign-in or payment provider is also subject to that provider's policy. Paid checkout is currently disabled.
Temporary files and aggregate counts
Account tool inputs and artifacts expire after 24 hours. Scheduled deletion runs every 15 minutes in batches with a two-day storage lifecycle fallback; physical deletion can lag expiration. Guest results are returned directly and are not added to account history. Media processing uses temporary working files. See file privacy and retention for the full operational scope.
We keep anonymous cumulative server-processing counts by input type. These contain no file contents, filenames, email addresses or IP addresses. Counts are not reduced when files or accounts are deleted. Browser-local work is excluded from this reporting. We do not sell uploaded files or use them as a public gallery.
Your choices and contact
Keep your own copies, avoid uploading material you do not have authority to process, and protect your API keys. You may contact support@attachready.com for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Account deletion removes associated account data subject to applicable retention obligations; irreversible anonymous totals cannot be linked back to identify a person. Do not send passwords or private identity files in a support email.
